COOLIDGE HOUSE LAUNCHES "CAP THE COLD" HAT DRIVE TO BENFIT LOCAL CHARITIES

Coolidge House, a Genesis HealthCare® Facility located in Brookline, MA, announced it has launched a hat drive called “Cap The Cold” to benefit local charities such as: Home for Little Wanderers, Pine Street Shelter, etc. The “Cap the Cold” hat drive continues through January 8th 2014.

Coolidge House has teamed up with several community partners to accept donations of new hats for men, women and children.  Hats can be dropped off in the Lobby of Coolidge House located at 30 Webster Street, Brookline MA through Jan. 8, 2014.

“Especially during the cold months keeping your head warm is important to us all for winter safety.  30 to 40 percent of your body heat is lost through your head so there is a real need for donations of warm hats among us, which includes many children. I encourage everyone to remember those who need assistance,” said Paul Hollings, Administrator. “The goal is to deliver hundreds of hats to various charities in the community.”
