Sous Chef Night at Lineage
On Monday, March 4th, at 6pm, Lineage is celebrating Sous Chef Night, in honor of their 7th anniversary and the wonderful people who make up their extended family!
Local super-star Sous Chefs will serve up all of the evenings treats, for $35 per person, which includes passed hors d'oeuvres, beer and wine.
Chefs include Kirsten Spatzeck-Olsen of Lineage, Frank Toohey of Island Creek Oyster Bar, Lisa Ackerson and Max Hanna of Eastern Standard and Lauren Brenaman of Island Creek Oyster Bar and Eastern Standard.
Cousin Mark from York, Maine will be joining the crew, as well as Ashley Stanley from Lovin' Spoonfuls, for what is sure to be a fun and enjoyable evening!
