Oliver Burkeman - The Antidote: Happiness for People Who Can’t Stand Positive Thinking
Brookline Booksmith, 279 Harvard St, Brookline, MA | Get Directions »
FREE
The effort to make ourselves happy might be the very thing holding us back. By doing the ‘presumably illogical thing’ and thinking negative, happiness can be found where you least expect it. Guardian columnist Oliver Burkeman’s research on negative thinking takes him from east to west, meeting Buddhists, business consultants, and gurus, even delving into the work of Keats.
