You will lift your seat, lengthen your thighs and firm your core in this fun, fast paced class. The class will improve flexibility, balance, and strength. The ballet barre becomes a great benefit to assure balance.

More About DanceFIT Studio
DanceFIT Studio provides classes in dance and fitness for people of all ages and skill levels, as well as yoga and Pilates, Zumba and more. Structured ballet classes are available for younger students, while adults also can learn the basics of ballet in a slightly looser environment. For those who can't come to the studio, lessons in yoga and fitness via Skype are available, so clients, individually or in small groups, can interact with a real instructor who knows them personally while still remaining in the comfort of their homes. Workshops, kids' parties and camp programs also are available.
