Zev Fogelman, a Brookline High Junior, recently joined the Grosfeld Family National Youth Leadership Mission to visit the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum. Fogelman was among 106 other student delegates who participated in the 14th annual trip. During the trip, he met with Holocause survivors and other students. The play, adapted from the Pulitzer Prize-winning Harper Lee novel, follows the life of Scout Finch and her brother Jem, as they look closely at social tension, racism, morality and love through the eyes of childhood innocence. They faced some tough opponents, played some powerful words and scored a ton of points. Making it to the tournament is something to be proud of, as is a powerful vocabulary.
