The President's Affordable Care Act comes with strings, in that it's a "single payer "health care program. Single payer (trust fund) is a financial system in which one entity acts as administrator or payer, and it's funded from a single insurance pool.
As a senior citizen, I am reminded of what our Washington Politicians did to the Social Security Trust Fund.Should we trust them with the Affortable Care Trust Fund, when they raided the Social Security Trust Fund....
Now we are finding out: The President has transferred $716 billion from Medicare to his Affordable Care Act.

By the way:The President is remiss in mentioning his Global Health Initiative. In 2009 at the London G-20 Summit, President Obama pledged $65 billion dollars to the United Nations 2015 Millennium Development Goals - Agenda 21.They are the recipants of Congressional Appropriations for the Global Health Initiative. There have been attempts to conceal this information by the administration, but the transcripts from the G-20 Summit are available, as well as
from U.N. documents.
