- Convenience stores: Open at owner's discretion.
- Gyms: Closed or reduced hours.
- Bars and restaurants: Open at owner's discretion.
- Stock market: Closed.
- Municipal, state, federal offices and banks: Closed.
- Libraries and schools: Closed.
- Post office: Closed.

Trash and recycling in Brookline are actually pushed a day. If your normal pickup is Thursday, this week it's now Friday, and if it was Friday, this week it's now Saturday.
