Fourth Congressional District candidate Joe Kennedy III spent 45 minutes taking reader questions in a LIVE text chat earlier today.

Kennedy, a Democrat, is running against Republican Sean Bielat to fill the seat of retiring Congressman Barney Frank, of Newton.
