I was one of the passengers on the Green line trolley that got in the car accident last night, we were unaware of what was going on until we were finally let off of the trolley half an hour after the "minor incident" (I would hardly call a totaled car and several firetrucks, EMT trucks, and police cars a "minor incident", Joe Pesaturo). I was thinking to myself that the trolley conductor was driving a bit more aggressively than other conductors as we were pulling out of Kenmore, I wouldn't be surprised if he was at fault. I was coming home after experiencing chills and a high fever, sitting in a trolley for half an hour was the last thing I wanted to be doing at that moment. MBTA, please keep your passengers your #1 priority and inform them right away of what sort of delays they are experiencing!
