: It's an old, old tale: Boy meets girl, boy turns out to be future warrior here to save girl from a futuristic, murderous robot. The first film in the series kicks off around midnight Friday.

Boston Parents Paper Camp & Summer Expo 2012

When/where: Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., at Dexter and Southfield schools
Why
: It may not feel like it, but summer camp season is just around the corner. There are 75 different day and overnight camp programs sending representatives, as well as a touch tank, games and prizes.

Culinary Walking Tour of Russian Cuisine

When/where: Beacon St & Washington St, at 2 p.m. Saturday.
Why
