When/where: 11:59 p.m. at Coolidge Corner Theatre, Friday and (he'll be back) Saturday night
Why: It's an old, old tale: Boy meets girl, boy turns out to be future warrior here to save girl from a futuristic, murderous robot. The first film in the series kicks off around midnight Friday.
When/where: Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., at Dexter and Southfield schools
Why: It may not feel like it, but summer camp season is just around the corner. There are 75 different day and overnight camp programs sending representatives, as well as a touch tank, games and prizes.
When/where: Beacon St & Washington St, at 2 p.m. Saturday.

Why: The theme is black and white. So pull out your finest greyscale duds and head on over to the monthly Swingtime dance. It's all styles of dance in an all-inclusive, substance-free evening of dance.
When/where: Brookline Music School, 9:30 a.m. Sunday
