Five Things, February 11: No School! Snow Emergency Lifted!

Here are five things going on in town today.

 

1. Weather: The National Weather Service is predicting rain with a high near 45. It may rain in the evening. Otherwise, it will be cloudy with a low near 32. Be careful driving!

2. Snow Emergency Over: The Snow Emergency parking ban in Brookline ends at 6 a.m.. Regular trash collection is scheduled.

3. Brookline Schools Closed: All Brookline Schools closed on Monday, February 11. Go play!

4. Safety Meeting On: Brookline Police Chief Daniel O’Leary will host a community safety meeting on Monday, February 11 at 7 p.m. in cafeteria of the Devotion School even though the school is closed. 

5. Avoid Rooftop Collapses: With rain in Brookline forecast for Monday, the Blizzard of '13 may not be finished wreaking havoc in Massachusetts.
