CBS Interviews the Brookline (and Cape Cod) Bear
CBS Boston gets an "exclusive interview" with the Cape Cod bear via one of the novelty Twitter accounts about him.
After coming out of the tree--albeit a little roughly--last week, the Brookline Bear had a few things to say about Brookline, and about the whole situation, which he mentioned in an exclusive "interview" with CBS Boston's Jon Keller.

The Bear told Keller, "I’ve heard so much about the one-percent from my friends in the Occupy Picnic Baskets movement I wanted to see for myself, and that’s why I was hanging out in the backyard of that mansion in Brookline. Wow, what a crib! You’d think they could afford garbage cans with lids, but that seems to be a problem for you humans that cuts across class lines."
Within hours of the bear being located, the @BrooklineBear account appeared on Twitter. Authorities confirmed last week that the black bear in Brookline and the bear seen on the cape earlier in June were one and the same, meaning the novelty account @SwimmingBear was also about the same critter.
Keller says he had e-mailed the bear through the Cape Cod Twitter account, @SwimmingBear, to request the interview. The Bear--or the creator of the account--responded from a payphone his bear claws had difficulty filling with quarters.
