Monday, May 21

Warrant arrest – 24-year-old Jeanette Tetrault. A caller reported suspicious activity, what they believed to be a drug deal at about 3:30 p.m. Officers traveled to Stop and Shop, and pulled over a vehicle which matched the partial plate provided by the caller. They determined that the driver had three outstanding warrants out of Woburn District Court, and placed her under arrest on those warrants.
Wednesday, May 23
- Larceny in a building – Jeremy Paluszek, aged 20, of Linden Street. At about 7:15 p.m. a caller from Toxteth Street reported that a man had been visiting and watching TV, but when he left, she had about $130 in cash missing from her wallet. Police were able to find the subject, Paluszek, in the Thorndike Street, Harvard Street area and he was arrested and charged with larceny from a building. He was with two other men when police caught up to him, one of whom had an outstanding warrant for his arrest.
Thursday, May 24
- Larceny in a building - 29-year-old Jose Almeida, of Jamaica Plain and 31-year-old Oveido Fasuto of Roslindale. At about 6:45 p.m., police saw a man walk into the vestibule of a building on Babcock Street, then go back into a vehicle parked outside with a package. Police knew that some packages had been taken from nearby buildings earlier in the day, so they believed the man had taken the package from the building. When police attempted to pull him over, and got out of the cruiser, the driver backed his car into the police vehicle, then started to drive away. During a brief police chase, he allegedly ran several red lights, and eventually stopped on the T tracks and fled. Police were able to stop the suspects and recover the stolen package. The driver, Fausto, was arrested for stealing from a building, assault with a dangerous weapon (his car) possession of burglarious tools, driving on a revoked license, failing to stop for police, leaving the scene of an accident, and driving to endanger. His passenger, Almeida, was arrested for stealing from a building and possessing burglarious tools.
Sunday, May 27
- Assault with a dangerous weapon – Tiawi Oshodi, 30, and Christopher Marston, 30, also of Winthrop Road. Police responded to a call of a man with a knife on Winthrop Road, and they located two men on the stairs. A third party, the caller, reported that he was assaulted by the other two men. The three had been roommates, but had a falling out over financial disagreements. According to the third roommate, Oshodi had come out of his room swinging an axe, brandishing a knife, and threatening him. Oshodi said this was not the case, and confirmed that Marston owned several knives. While speaking with Marston, the officer noted that he appeared to be intoxicated Police arrested Oshodi for assault with a dangerous weapon and brought Marston in for protective custody.
