This April MAFCU, the Medical Area Federal Credit Union is participating in the Massachusetts Credit Union League’s annual Children’s Book Drive.  The public is asked to bring new or gently used children’s books to any MACFU branch. There are branches at 365 Boylston Street, Brookline; 221 Longwood Avenue, Boston; 1205 Adams Street, Dorchester Lower Mills.

All donated books will be given to the Massachusetts Coalition for the Homeless and other statewide agencies. In all over 40 credit unions are participating in the statewide event.  Last year 18,704 books were donated to kids and families in need.
