Bright Horizons Early Education and Preschool in Brighton recently visited Ecco Pizzeria in Boston to learn all about cooking with healthy organic foods.  At Bright Horizons, our Well Aware and Toward a Better World programs teach children from an early age about the importance of nutrition, healthy living and respect for the environment giving infant, toddler and preschool children an understanding of their place in the community and the natural world around them.  During their visit, preschoolers were able to explore the kitchen including a giant mixer, and then cook with healthy, natural and organic foods offering a lesson in keeping our bodies healthy.
